I see that some publishers use Microsoft Word for even the late stages of manuscript preparation.

I also see that there are about 500 "how to use Microsoft Word" books.

Does anyone know of a guide to Microsoft Word that is most suitable to manuscript preparation? (As opposed to one geared more to business use, or one that spells out every feature in mind-numbing detail?)
