Almost Frank
Bush Hates Children!
Bush doesn't hate children. Well, he doesn't hate just children. He hates people who don't conform to this idealogy. One of his chief advisors and co-author of the Patriot was John Yoo. Him and other Bush advisors believe in the Unitary Executive Theory. Don't know what it is look it up:

Republicans Want to Kill The Elderly!
No, as long as they can be kept alive through treatments, drugs, and feeding tubes and allow his corporate masters to continue making money off them he wants them alive. It's the only conceivable reason why Bush has banned Americans from filling their prescriptions in Canada. They're the same drugs, from the same companies, made in the same factories, but the Canadian government buys them in bulk and thus can afford to sell them cheaper. BTW, doesn't banning Canadian medicine also violate the fundamentals of the GOP sacred cow that is a "free market economy?"

Karl Rove is Poisoning Your Water!
No, just the minds of the simple. And occasionally the airwaves. Though Limbaugh's the king of both.

Democrats stand for TRUTH, JUSTICE, and the AMERICAN WAY!
Anyone who opposes the Patriot Act, Military Commissions Act, warantless wire-tapping, torture, indefinite detainment without trial, giving the government the rights to take your guns, turning the justice department into a partisan tool does stand for truth, justice, and the American way. The Bush administration's apparent belief that they can do no wrong and have to disclose nothing under the guise of executive privelege is an indication that something's wrong. Secrets are the best friend of both incompetence and corruption. Personally, I think W's a little to the right of the Red Skull. Of course W hates the Bill of Rights more than Red.

C-dog,
it's bad enough that they can't put together a cogent argument, but they can't even spell simple words. I mean he can't even spell Jew or the name of his idol Bush correctly. Now, that may sound bad, but I believe he misspelled those words incorrectly on purpose. His true intention was hoping a Bush administration official would see how horrible of a speller he was and appoint him Secretary of Education.

I mean this is the same White House that appointed David Hager to the Advisory Committee for Reproductive Health Drugs. The guy who's first wife divorced him because she claimed he anally raped her in her sleep repeatedly. He didn't even deny it, his response was he missed. Which putting aside the fact that it implies he thought it okay to vaginally rape his wife, think about this carefully. He was a gynecologist and obstetrician who couldn't find his own wife's vagina. And was appointed by the president, to deal with woman's health issues. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Bush Administration.

Hager among other things, also recommended women suffering migraines during PMS to "read scripture" in order to diminish the pain. WTF? Are you kidding me? Proof that all you need to know to get on W's staff is a friend high up, or a Christian zealot and a willing yes man. And putting all this aside, Bush appointed a man to a high-ranking government office what amounts to a guy who ADMITTED to RAPING his WIFE! Why in the name God, do you still support this moron?! I seriously can't understand it! It makes no sense to me. Please, please, please, please explain it to me.

There's more to the job of President of the United States, of ruler of the Free World than not getting blown!

It's the same nonsense week after week - the same flimsy arguments all ending with some moronic reference to liberals as if it was an alien species.

This all began years back when toads like Rush Limbaugh started addressing anyone with a creative soul as the enemy liberals. It was purposely done to divide the nation. Guys like Frank and Jimbug and the rest bow to their master - Fatboy Limbaugh and act as if they enlisted to serve as soldiers of disinformation. It's a tactic with no basis in reality. It's just a hate game. When Frank's nailed to the wall he starts whining about Hitler or something equally offensive.

Look at Limbaugh and listen and it's just a tub of garbage sitting behind a mike slobbering all over the nation through a drug induced haze.

I ask
for reasons of support for George Bush. Seriously, I can not think of one reason. I'm being straight with you. Tell me why you support him. Please.

If all you can do is respond with inane insults, cheap shots, and nothing of consequence I will just have to assume that you like him for no good reason.

3,000,0000 Vietnamese were slaughtered after we pulled out of Vietnam? What a dimwitted liar you are Frank. That 3,000,000 occured over the duration of the war of which we slaughtered a good portion of them.

We invaded a nation not at war with us - a nation of peasants and murdered at will. We lost because they were a greater nation with moral authority.

How many innocent Iraqis have we murdered in the name of freedom? None of that means nothing to cowards like you.

These wars are pointless and cause undue sufferring. You keep regurgitating one lie after another to defend a criminal regime. One day this will all end up in the courts and the pain and sufferring of all those you laughed at will come to haunt you an eternity. Over 200,000 US servicemen have committed suicide who served in Vietnam. Why is that?

Thank you for your answer.
But I disagree. We should not follow our leaders, even at the top, just because we are at war. In fact, sometimes in those instances government officials will think they can get away with more. England's King George III comes to mind. England was constantly at war in the 1700's whether with the Native Americans here, the Dutch, the French, the Germans, or trying to expand the British Empire. If King George had listened to the colonists during the initial letters and complaints they sent for attention and representation in Parliament, we may not have had to throw the Crown off of us.

And I'll admit violence seems to be down, in some parts of Iraq. For instance in the southern province of where a couple of months ago some of the provinces the coalition had given up on. As a matter of fact England was so frustrated they began pulling soldiers out. And after they pulled the troops out, violence began falling.

And on the other side, meaning the northern end of Iraq, violence is on a sharp rise. The previously generally peaceful Kurd region has erupted to the point where Kurdish terrorists have been crossing into Turkey and killing Turkish citizens. It's gotten so bad that the Turkish parliament has passed an authorization for the invasion of northern Iraq to catch and calm the terrorist actions they have been victimized by. I guess when W says every nation has a right to defend it's borders and that every nation has a right to hunt down and kill terrorists that attack them he meant every nation but Turkey.

The Iraqi government is committed to moving forward, but not together. There's too much anger, hate, and animosity directed at each other for them to get along. Partitioning the country into separate nation states might work. And then like us and the Articles of Confederation, they'll realize that won't work. And without the most powerful army in the world to protect us anymore, force some sort of compromise.

The horrible planning isn't what angers me most about Iraq. Germany in the planning pledged 80,000 troops and was planning to negotiate up to I believe 120,000. But when propositioned with the 80,000 the US government said we don't want that many. Germany was wierded out by the fact that we were going to war with "this generation's Hitler" and wanted fewer troops. They felt that was a signal that Bush and his advisors were getting into a world they knew nothing about. That is why the Germans pulled out.

And in terms of Vietnam, it was a problem when we left. It was a problem when we were there. We killed a lot of civilians ourselves in raids of villages we believed Charlie to be hiding. You know what though, the problems were a lot smaller before we arrived. Lesson for America for the future that should never be forgotten. When we invade a nation as the aggressors as we did in Iraq and Vietnam it doesn't end well. America is not willing to do what is required to win those types of wars. All-out, balls-to-the-wall genocide and scare any would-be "freedom fighters" into submission.

But what angers me most about Iraq, is the distraction. It has distracted our military, our nation, and the world from what should be the real focus. Osama Bin Laden. Marine commanders in Iraq have offered to send some soldiers to Afghanistan in order to help put down the resurgent Taliban. Reports indicate that Bin Laden's followers have gained control of the "tribal area" in Pakistan and formed a mini Talibanistan. Instead of dissecting and bringing him down with ruthless efficiency as we should do, Bin Laden is more powerful than ever.

And how was D-Day a failure? Germany had erected an impenatratrable and unbreakable defense that was the single greatest defensive structure of it's time along the northern border of all of Europe. And the US, England, and Canada took it down. We did loose a lot of soldiers in the process, but when you're attacking one of the greatest works of war engineering ever you would expect to.
