| Mewmie | Posted 10/17/2007 5:06:18 PM | show profile I have an interview this week with a major publishing house that I interviewed with over a year ago. Would they still have my employment application and resume from last year on file? Do they toss them after a set time? I would like to fill out new forms anyway since the old ones are kind of outdated. |

| foodlit | Posted 10/17/2007 5:58:23 PM | show profile By law, they are required to keep them on file for three years. That doesn't mean they will, or that they'll be able to find it, but that is what they are supposed to do. |
