Does anyone have a clue how I can break into the world of freelance publication art direction and perhaps give me an idea of whom I should be contacting to provide my services? I specialize in redesigns, launches but have also been hired to maintain the design of exisitng magazines. I'm very good at what I do and would like to do this for a living without being employed by one specific magazine as a staff art director. Any ideas/suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
