| e.l. | Posted – 11/1/2007 5:14:36 PM | show profile you mean the washington city paper? they're freelance guidelines are pretty clear on their website. they're a small shop, so my guess is they don't have the time to respond to all their inquiries and only respond to the ones that jump out at them. i'd say just keep pitching. if you're as good as you say you are, you'll hit gold eventually. |
