This may sound like a strange question, but are there PR agencies that rep freelance writers and blogs?

Please let me know if you have heard of such a thing, I need to find one ASAP.

If you are an expert on a particular subject you could get a publicist to represent you. It will be a lot harder to find someone to represent you if you're a 'jack of all trades' writer, unless of course, you're willing to pay big bucks. Then I'm sure someone could find a way!
