| PluckyPane | Posted 11/19/2007 1:39:25 PM | show profile | email poster Has anyone else noticed the proliferation of "We hate Hillary" stories on EVERY program on Fox News? (Okay, every program except Greta.) One little thing will turn into an entire segment, complete with Republican strategists and commentators. Why bother? Do we need to hear more bad PR about the Clinton campaign? I don't care about her and her politics. As a faithful Fox News watcher, I'd much rather have an intelligent debate about the Republican candidates. Save for Hannity's sweeps run of Giuliani and Thompson, I hardly hear anything about the Republicans. I get more Republican news (sometimes even positive) from CNN. Go figure. |
| Iron Eagle | Posted 11/19/2007 1:56:40 PM | show profile This is why there should be a fairness doctrine for media. FOX is scum. They have mounted an all out attack to destroy Hillary. I'm no fan of hers but the pukes at FOX use their influence to demolish democracy. |
| Olbypocrisy | Posted 11/19/2007 3:05:54 PM | show profile That why Hillary pefers the Clinton News Network {CNN} Hillary would much rather get theses questions from CNN. Maria Luisa, the UNLV student who asked Hillary Clinton whether she preferred "diamonds or pearls" at last night's debate wrote on her MySpace page this morning that CNN forced her to ask the frilly question instead of a pre-approved query about the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository. Whats the next question CNN wants to ask Hillary?Thongs or Bikinis ? CNN is in the pocket of Democrats. No doubt . |
| Olbypocrisy | Posted 11/19/2007 3:07:53 PM | show profile Look for CNN to plant this question on the next debate Ms. Clinton" shaved or trimmed"?? |
| Iron Eagle | Posted 11/19/2007 3:37:18 PM | show profile Olby - please go somewhere and do some good. You're infecting everything you post today. |
| PluckyPane | Posted 11/19/2007 4:17:23 PM | show profile | email poster I agree with you, crimedog, although not about Fox being scum. I like to watch Fox, but get very angry when all I see is the dissemination of the "I hate Hillary" rhetoric. That kind of sensation journalism, whether I like the candidate or not, turns me off. My gripe is I can't find any positive information about the candidates I DO care about...namely the Republicans. I am by no means defending Hillary...I simply don't want to hear about her (or O.J. Simpson or Britney Spears or Anna Nicole Smith or any other chronic news-getter). I suppose Fox would be labeled as biased if it produced a good story about a Republican. Maybe this will all end when the primaries are dead and gone. |
| JIMBO99 | Posted 11/19/2007 5:34:15 PM | show profile She gives us all the reasons to hate what she says..... She just made a speech in Iowa and said that we are in for "A BUSH ECONOMY" that's worse than the great depression..Let's see Libs.......... Last qtrs.GDP growth 3.9% Unemployment 4.6% Mortgage rates...30Yr.. 6% We are adding 125-150 thousand new jobs every month.. Is the price of gasoline too high?----yes Is the housing market soft....yes,but over Bush's first seven years the numbers are better on average than her husbands first seven!!!!!! And the MSM will NEVER challenge her on the FACTS! |
| Olbypocrisy | Posted 11/19/2007 5:37:09 PM | show profile Liberals long for the Jimmy Carter ECONOMY!!! |
| PluckyPane | Posted 11/19/2007 6:14:37 PM | show profile | email poster Hillary is a d-bag. We have that covered. Thanks for the update. You all missed the point of my post. I'm simply saying that there is an all-out war against Clinton for everything under the sun on Fox on every program except Greta. How is blasting Hillary helping folks like me to find the best Republican candidate? The attacks against her are actually turning me off of the network that is supposed to be so right leaning. Her boneheaded comments should be nothing more than a soundbite or one of those stupid comments on the scroll thing. It's almost as if CNN has more bi-partisan coverage. I agree with the fairness doctrine idea, but I find it impossible to consider when the media outlets are controlled by such profit-hungry idiots. Ugh, maybe that's my problem. I've lost faith in any of the commentary by TV personalities. I give up. |
| Iron Eagle | Posted 11/19/2007 6:20:40 PM | show profile Olby - every time you post it reads like one long donkey fart. FOX does beautifies Republicans. This is the place where sinners lap dance with born agains. |
| Olbypocrisy | Posted 11/19/2007 6:23:35 PM | show profile crimedog shut up you old fart |
| Iron Eagle | Posted 11/19/2007 11:56:12 PM | show profile Olby - don't go stealing my material donkey fart! |
