YouTube not only cancels Wael Abbas's account but deletes all of his 100s of Egyptian human rights abuse video on the basis of "violence"? Are we only supposed to use YouTube to post videos of our cats doing adorable things? Smartfilter, Inc.: A US-based company that sells Internet filtering software to Saudi Arabia and China and others? Google self-edits to offer services in China and other countries with strict Internet rules? I should also toss in that the corporation that Bill O'Reilly works for, News Corp., owns one of the largest propaganda channels in China, Star television, and is expanding into the Internet. Is this what the US president means when he talks about "spreading the fire of freedom"? (His words not mine.) |
