I am still looking...
It's been a while.
As I mentioned before, my freelance
business is slowly taking off. But I still
need a day job. Moreover, I feel very isolated, sitting at home on my own and
staring at the computer. I want to be around
people.

My master's degree doesn't seem to help.
And employment agencies told me to remove it completely from my resume. All they have is
admin. positions, which you are not going to
get with a master's degree. Help!

For the love of god, reread all the responses people made to you in earlier threads. Employment agencies aren't going to help with these kinds of jobs.

Rereading those threads is a good idea. For now, sounds like you REALLY need to get out. Take a part-time job doing anything -- make it research, if you want, for an expose on the life of a Starbucks barista. Or volunteer -- there's fodder in that, too. But you need to get out.

Still looking...
Where did you get the idea that I am not looking
and not trying to get out? I think I am more persistent
than most people.

I contacted a lot of companies directly (the ones I would like
to work for), had a few informational interviews and posted my resume on jobox.com. And I am good at following up.

I also visited Indeed.com and Monster.
Haven't heard anything yet.
All the people I know who do have jobs,
found those jobs through contacts.
I will keep on looking. It's just that it seems to
be way too frustrating and even...painful a bit.

You are being way too defensive and angry-sounding toward someone just trying to offer advice. All she was saying was you should take a temporary job - any job, like in retail, to get yourself out of the house. But since you seem to have all the answers, I suppose it won't be long before you have a job.
