Topic: writing a cover letter to an absolute stranger

I'd love to send them an email with my resume, but how could I best word the email without sounding pushy, but definitely getting my point across and catching their eye? I definitely don't want to annoy anyone, but at the same time I want to try to make some sort of impression. I would assume brevity is the key, but I think I'll need to talk a little bit about my background so I don't look like some random schmuck. |
