The fact the Clinton campaign would have people like this volunteering only affirms my suspicion that both parties are on the same team. ALTHOUGH, to be clear: this story doesn't say the rumor originated there, it was an email that was "forwarded" by two Hillary Clinton campaign workers. As usual, it seems people her tend to make statements that are more "truthy" than "true". |

This is a perfect little allegory for how right-wingers debate. Let's review: Right winger makes unsubstantiated claim. Progressive asks right winger for his source. A different right winger (because there other guy NEVER responds when somebody points out his bullshit, or he accidentally replies using his other moniker, one), but link says something different than the original claim. Progressive points out that original claim and claim made by the source are different. Right winger responds by calling progressive an ass. This is typical of people who get their talking points from the right-winger's peanut gallery of elitist blowhards (Coulter, BOR, Savage, etc. ad nauseum.) Re. Swift Boating Kerry (another politician that I despise and didn't vote for): it was more than proved that the people behind the Swift Boat Campaign were Texas Republican Sleaze bags with an agenda. That's no even up for debate. Sorry. |

EVERY CLAIM they make should come with links to sources so they can be checked. EVERY SINGLE ONE. And it's important to call bullshit every time -- not necessarily here in the peanut gallery of MB, but rather "out there" in Ameirca. Consider this forum a place to test out your chops against the typical rhetoric, jingo, and condescending elitist crap and white noise coming from the right wingers in our society that want to turn the US into an American Christian version of Iran. |
