I'm considering getting a Blackberry but am unsure if I'll be able to find a compatible recording device. Right now I plug a tape recorder into the headset slot of my old-school cell phone. Has anyone found a voice recorder (digital or cassette) that works with a Blackberry? Any other suggestions? I do a number of interviews over the phone so I want to make sure my next device can still handle this.

Check out the Olympus TP-7 phone microphone. It fits in your ear and plugs into your recording device, such as a tape or digital recorder. It should work with any cell phone because it doesn't connect to the phone at all. You can hear the conversation and the mic picks up your voice and the caller's voice.

I have the digital recorder that barbara9 recommended and it's awesome. It can also be used to record in-person interviews.
