| keltoi2 | Posted – 12/13/2007 10:52:31 AM | show profile Not sure what the deal is with jbe's Thursday Qs--I thought mediabistro's core concept was to foster a sense of community among those in the media, and jbe's Qs do that wonderfully well. As for Dilbert spiking my "Idiot Media Glorifies Yet Another Mass Murderer" thread in Current Events for the past 5 days, I suspect Dilbert didn't like me enumerating a list of what the media has been ignoring for the past few years: ie, permanent US bases in Iraq, the massive US embassy in Baghdad, the present stealing of Iraq's oil by the US with larcenous "profit sharing agreements", etc. That's just my suspicion, but I do know that the thread didn't have any "technical difficulties" until AFTER I posted my list. By the way, be prepared for THIS thread to experience "technical difficulties" shortly. |

The powers that be at MB don't seem to want people to actually get along and have a mature and intellectual connection. They just want all the dumb ass mopse in TV news to stir up hate. I am demanding an answer from MB right now as why they keep blocking our posts! |
