They said that the salary is negotiable and can be discussed. I was wondering about the proper etiquette with counter offers. If I do negotiate and get what I want, is it ok to accept the new terms on the spot??? Or should I call back the next day? Thanks in advance :) |

There's no reason to wait until the next day if they give you what you want. Just my opinion, from a headhunter who negotiates these things all the time. I wouldn't wait until next week though, call them asap and ask for what you want...since they said they are negotiable, that tells you there's room to wiggle. Good luck! Pam |
