For those of you who freelance:
If you have a project that requires you to utilize the services of a graphic artist, how do you determine what your fee will be for the client? What things do you factor into the overall rate (other than the graphic artist's rate and time to edit)? Client would need a quick turnaround for a 10-page full-color program.
