| kim780 | Posted – 1/11/2008 3:51:06 PM | show profile sanity. :) we recently interviewed for photo assistants and we met with about 20 people and only about 3 were good candidates. we were looking for someone who has interned at a national magazine and someone who is organized, has some understanding of producing photo shoots, can handle booking travel and expenses, and basically seems sharp and excited. |
