Topic: what do you put in interview 'presentation' ?

I'm going for an editor position in a women's magazine, consumer title and I've been asked to put together a mock presentation for it. Can anyone fill me in on how these are done - is it in powerpoint ? Do you mock up something really slick in photoshop? Do you cut clips from other magazines? Any info on the protocol for this would be really appreciated.... thank you.
