Topic: NYT Home: Pitching too high up?

| ISR | Posted 1/31/2008 9:33:24 AM | show profile I'm pitching the deputy editor (NM) for a NYT Home piece. My first idea was just right for them, and I've written for other sections of the paper. Am I pitching too high up? Is there someone else who handles pitches? Does anyone have advice about getting into that section? |

| ISR | Posted 1/31/2008 10:23:46 AM | show profile I did. He doesn't know anyone in that section, but knew who the deputy editor was and gave me her email. |
