I work two jobs and I'm looking for another full-time job (the one I have now is getting me nowhere) but I intend on keeping the part-time job. I leave the part-time job off my resume because I don't know how to present it if offered an interview. I also know that some jobs don't approve of their employees working two jobs. The twist is I do a lot of work at my part-time job and I'm always learning new things there. It's my daytime job that's dead. Someone might ask why not apply for a full-time job at your part-time job. My answer to that is it's not within the Publishing field which I've been trying so hard to get into for about four years now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. |
