Are there some good books and sites on this topic? Thanks! |

| chucho | Posted 2/14/2008 10:12:32 AM | show profile Teeter & LeDuc's "Law of Mass Communications" is a magnificent resource for the entire history of MassComm law in America, with detailed summaries of every relevant court case. Not sure what edition they're in. The one I have is from 1992, but it's still something I look to when I have questions. It's about $100, though. |
