Topic: How to become a Freelance Contributor to Mags

Do they all have the same email address format? I have emailed via "letters to the editor" to try and find the appropriate people, but I also notice, often, that in some sections of mags (like GQ or MORE or Elle, they are careful not to provide email contact information for writers and editors. Obviously so they don't get inundated by freelancers like myself. suggestions? gemstone |

If not, go down to the corner market, get a phone card and use the pay phone to call each magazine in which you're interested. E-mail gets lost, misrouted and overlooked. Every magazine is different. The best way to get your questions answered is to call. |
