How do you deal with listing pubs you've written for when the titles have non-standard spelling, spacing. When I pitch stories or apply for jobs I tend to write something like: 'I currently write for egg Roll monthly, pelvichealth weekly and GRAPE Skewer magazines.'

At first glance, those title appear to be poorly capitalized/space which I think makes me look careless. Unfortunately these are small mags the editor probably has not heard of. I've thought about changing it so that it 'looks right,' but that feels wrong too.

Anyone ever face a similar problem?

I've got a couple of those too, JN. Depending on the context, you can italicize the actual title and be sure to end it with "magazine" each time, which at least indicates that you know to set off the title somehow. You can also use constructions like "pelvichealth weekly (a website from Pelvic Pride International)" or something along those lines.

logos vs. names
I'd argue to go for standard titles, ital'ed.

"Egg Roll Monthly, Pelvic Health Weekly, and Grape Skewer magazines."

There is a difference between logos and titles?or, at least, there should be, in most cases. Think Macy's/Macy*s.

I doubt anyone in the writing community would fault you for going with the cleares version of these titles.
