Topic: How do I write copy editing accomplishments?

This was my first job out of college and got it through a friend of mine. Unfortunatley, I have to begin job hunting and sending my resume out. I'm stumped on how to write my "accomplishments," since all I really did was proofread and edit copy, graphics, and photos. I also would do layout for the publication. I just wanted to know how could I write accomplishments for my copy editing resume? Any copy editors out there can help by describing how an accoplishment is presented in a copy editor resume, or how I can re-write my job responsibilities to illustrate accomplishments.
