Hi all,

I've been asked to ghostwrite a book. I've written a lot for magazines and newspapers, but I've never ghostwritten before.

Any ideas on rates, seeing as how it's my first time doing it? I'm open to a per-page or flat rate. I want it to be worth my while, but also representative of my experience (or relative lack thereof.)
