Hey Everyone,

I have been reading these posts for a while and u guys are just amazing the way u help out.
I am from Bombay and moved to NJ after getting married. I was a media planner (the youngest manager in town....clap clap) back home and worked there for almost 6 years.

I want to change my line of work and get into publishing. I have already got an internship with a very reputed literary agent in NYC and am learning a lot at work. I am also starting the certificate course at NYU next month.

With the market slowing down as it is right now and the forever ongoing competition in the city, what do you think are my chances at getting a job as an EA in a publishing house?

Am i missing out on doing something that can lead me to a good job? Any courses/ internships that i shud've looked at and am maybe missing.

Please help.
