| MatthewAlix | Posted 3/12/2008 5:47:42 PM | show profile | email poster I'm working on an episode of the MTV documentary series, True Life, about young people who are dealing with divorce. We're looking for young couples who are divorcing as well as teens/young adults whose parents are splitting up. We're trying to focus on situations where the divorce is either just beginning or in progress. For children of divorce, we'd also be open to stories where their parents' divorce is in the recent past. If you can help get us in touch with suitable families or you have questions about this project, please contact me at divorce@mtvn.com ------ Thank for your help! -Matt divorce@mtvn.com |
| Louisewasnothalfbad | Posted 3/12/2008 10:00:47 PM | show profile So does Matt think writers are more likely to get divorced or that mb forum readers are teenagers? |
| MatthewAlix | Posted 3/13/2008 3:12:02 PM | show profile | email poster Hi Kate23, No, I don't believe either of those statements to be true. I was under the impression this forum is for those seeking help finding sources for any project, and not specifically for writers only. If I'm posting in the wrong forum, I apologize. -Matt |
| write2rachel | Posted 3/13/2008 4:33:09 PM | show profile You are in the right place, Matt. I don't even understand Kate's comment... when I post things here, I don't expect MB members to necessarily be the sources --- they often know others, etc. Don't be discouraged. You are in the right place. Good luck with your piece. I love True Life -- and I am DEFINITELY NOT a teenager! ------ www.rachelcericola.com |
