I am interested in talking to someone who has been told their tattoos, dreadlocks, casual style, fancy style, etc. was "inappropriate" for the workplace. I am also particularly interested in getting a supervisor's perspective on the effect of workplace attire and also general tips on how employees can get the raise they want.
