| yourstruly | Posted – 3/22/2008 2:01:27 AM | show profile I'm a midcareer journalist, and lately I've become disillusioned with the whole thing. I'm thinking of changing careers. I occasionally see openings for former journalists in business and financial research (not a financial analyst - you need an MBA for that - but researching market trends.) I don't think I would find such work particularly satisfying, but I'm not satisfied with journalism now. If I can't get satisfaction from my job, I at least want to get paid. Is the money worth it? Can anyone fill me in? Thanks. |
