Do you use a comma before 'as well as?'
Ex: Qualified organizations will translate standards and ensure their quality as well as the consistency of terminology.

If I edited that sentence, I'd take out "as well as" and use "and."

Here's how I'd rewrite it:

Qualified organizations will translate standards and ensure their quality, as well as the consistency of their terminology.

Yes, you normally use a comma before "as well as." In this instance, I also added in the "their" to make it clearer that "terminology" referred back to "standards."
