Does your boss degrade you one minute then praise you the next? Does he or she make you feel as though you are friends, only to later remind you they are your superior? Is this confusing behavior for you? After awhile, do you find yourself defending your boss in his or her darker moments (i.e. "she doesn't mean it" or "he's really tired")? I'd love to hear your stories about bosses who flaunt both their Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Thank you so much for your help! |
