Write up your fave sweet recipe using olive oil -- not for cooking but in baking. (Include title, measurements of ingredients, baking instructions, how many people it serves.) The most creative entry will be posted on my website (olive oil-related) -- name can be used or withheld upon your request. Plus, I will send you a comp signed book which has been accepted by the One Spirit Book Club, to be translated in four languages so far. Deadline Date: May 1.
