Full use of everything needed for a graphics/art professional or freelancer: Epson 7800 24" proofer and Oris rip/softproof system, Power Mac G5 with cinema display monitor, full network, internet and wireless, office phone (your own number!), desk, seperate studio for still or model photography, small lounge area, random tools for graphic work.
