Topic: Need sisters to talk about their conflicts

| natchili | Posted – 4/25/2008 5:30:44 PM | show profile I string for a national women's mag, and I am seeking sisters in their 20s and 30s who would like to address a conflict or difficulty in their relationship and have the conversation chronicled in the magazine. The story will be something along the lines of, "The conversation I never had with my sister," and we'd like the sisters to communicate via email, phone or in person about the conflict or difficulty, and share the conversation with the magazine. The sisters will likely be photographed. This could be the airing out of a serious grudge that has gone on for 15 years, a discussion about the fact that one sister has always been thinner or prettier than the other, or maybe one sister wants to thank the other one for donating a kidney to her but the subject matter has always been awkward. We'd like both sisters to participate, but may consider publishing a letter from one sister if she has an amazing story. If you or someone you know is willing to participate, I need a summary of the situation from one sister (what is the rift, are they speaking or not, what outcome they hope for), how they might prefer to address it (via e-mails, in person, or in an open letter) and their full name, age, town, and contact information (phone and e-mail.)
