Obama on Fox News. Great Interview. Oh Well. MSNBC can't be wrong all the time right? Well, maybe they can.

Continuation of the Double-Standard
Liberals constantly tell conservatives they need to go to or address "hostile/tough" venues. They make a big deal out of it when a Republican candidate does not go to the NAACP conference or meet with liberal advocacy groups.

But, when John Edwards decided that Fox News was "biased" and therefore- democrats should not go to the debate (co-sponsored by the Congressional Black Caucus), he is considered "Brave".

Yet, ALL of the Republican candidates go on ALL of the other media outlets - heck, John McCain even went on Hardball with Chris Matthews; hardly a "friendly venue".

Yet, when the network that has been actively campaigning for Obama tells him NOT to appear on a rival network, because they might ask unfair (ie- real) questions, they can't see the hypocrisy forrest for their biased trees!

I think MSNBC is so angry because Clinton's campaign manager called Fox the most fair and balanced. Hillary gets a better shake on Fox than anywhere because Fox is the most fair and balanced when it comes to news. Rate Shep Smith against any news person at MSNBC. MSNBC called Olbermann a news anchor. Can you believe it? He is no more a news anchor than Hannity or O'Reilly but at least Fox is honest and knows the difference between commentary and straight news.

Rendell says Fox News is fair and balanced...yadda yadda yadda...No he didn't. Instead of spouting half truths why don't you guys actually try a little full disclosure. Like posting his entire comment.

Ed Rendell: "Well, I said that I think during this entire campaign coverage starting in Iowa and up to the present, Fox has done the fairest job, has remained the most objective of all the cable networks: you hate both of our candidates. No, I'm only kidding. But, you actually have done a very balanced job of reporting the news. And, you know, some of the other stations are just caught up with the, Senator Obama who's a great guy. But Senator Obama can do no wrong, and Senator Clinton can do no right."

Notice if you read the quote as he meant it, he was referring specifically to the Channels coverage of the DEM primary. Not the channel's coverage of other news. Now while he may feel that Fixed Noise is indeed a news channel, this comment isn't exactly something the network is gonna run ads with.

Joe Scarborough has been blatantly supporting Clinton for months.

Hey Sunnyskies, remove those rose colored glasses.
Do you actually think Scarborough would vote for Clinton? Maybe he will now that Obama's altar-boy was raped by Rev. Wright.

Terry McAuliffe is the campaign manager who said that Fox is the most fair and balanced. Rendell also said it. You have two top Dems who realize that MSNBC is nothing but an Obama cheering squad and cannot report the news accurately. Good thing no one watches them.

funny how the many conservatives on this board blather on and on about how bad liberals are but wait till one of them says something 'insane' to gain political points and they fall over themselves to repeat it. Rendell (try reading his quote eh?) and McAuliffe are both trying to score points with Fox do you really think they believe Fox is 'fair and balanced'?

Yes I believe they do feel that Fox is fair and balanced. Have you watched MSNBC lately? Let's see... Hillary is pimping out her daughter, Hillary is a skank, Hillary is only where she is because Bill screwed around, Hillary is a liar, Hillary is a hypocrite etc etc etc. And Obama gives me a thrill up my leg, Obama is god etc etc etc.

Of course they believe it. Where have you been?
