Posted 5/1/2008 6:00:32 PM | show profile Hi. I am a publicist having a love/hate relationship with constant contact, which I've been using to send out press releases. Because of some overly sensitive spam filters at some publications I work with often, I am looking to switch. I am wondering how other people deal with the issue. I used to use ACT, which is theoretically great, but doesn't get along with outlook, which is where my master list is stored. Outlook is useless for email merges (which I really don't understand). Has anyone had any luck with any CRM software they would recommend. (Don't tell me to switch to mac - that's not helpful!) Thanks for any advice.
