I saw Bill Moyers interview of Obama's minister, Rev. Wright and it was a disgrace. Moyers considers himself a TV news journalist on TAXPAYER funded PBS.

Moyers interview of Rev. Wright was practically a love fest. Moyers not only gave Wright soft ball questions, but Moyers sympathized with Wright. A man who rants about the "evils" of America and his disdain for whites. Moyers never asked Wright any hard hitting questions, instead he tried to make Wright appear as a 'victim' of the media. Moyers is a kook and a freeloader. I would like to see if Bill Moyers could make in the free market like Fox News or CNN and not use our taxpayer money to push his views.

Bill Moyers is subsidized by American taxpayers, the same people Wright preaches against. Imagine if taxpayers subsidized Bill O'Reilly and Shaun Hannity? So why are we taxpayers subsidizing Bill Moyers, who apparently sympathies with Rev. Wright, a man who hates this country. A country that subsidizes Bill Moyers salary at PBS.

I don't want my taxes to pay for Bill Moyers and his far leftest, American hating programming that passes for TV News on PBS.

Well frankly it's not your decision what programs go on the air at PBS or anywhere thankfully. So if you're so concerned about all of your hard earned dollars going to PBS. Feel free to drop the IRS a note and ask them to take the 4 cents you contribute to the fund for excellence and divert it to a much more worthy cause like...Republican National Committee.

Good luck on that one buddy.

Why would I do that?
Why would I want to send money to the RNC...I am a Democrat.

And I don't want 30% of federal spending to go to the military-industrial complex. You forget that WIlliam F. Buckley spent most of his career on PBS - and that was during a time when PBS got almost all o its money from the government, unlike today when there is a huge amount of corporate underwriting.

But, hey, I'd love to provide line-items to where my tax money goes.

PS: If you make less than (if I remember correctly) $42,000 you aren't paying federal income tax.
