But it was the Republican judges that McCain admires on the Supreme Court who appointed Bush President in 2000, in violation of the Constitution. Doesn't get more "activist" than that. |
| keltoi2 | Posted – 5/6/2008 7:53:36 PM | show profile Basically because they intervened in a situation in a way that they really shouldn't have, and they knew it, because they even said that their ruling essentially only applied to this particular case, which violates the whole "Supreme Court decisions apply to all such cases, and not one" precedent.
