My name is no longer appropriate, as I'm not in the business anymore and I'm beginning to think people picture me weaving around with a bottle of Cold Duck in hand.

I wish I was clever enough to come up with something like Grateful Deadline.

How about "Win O"? Or "Wynn Oh"? Or, Donna Chang?

Everyone will think I'm you if I use D.C. That might make me look smarter, though.

I'm going to stay away from a boozy moniker. As I said, I imagine I am viewed as a paper bag toting lush at this point.

I was thinking GoingtoMarket....as I do a lot of marketing materials and some of which has to do with the food biz. Or, maybe Marketeer. But, I don't want people to think I'm apart of the Disney family. ::shudder:::

MissMarket?
Oh, wait. I forgot. I'm Ms.Market. That's not as cute.

This is a lot harder than I thought it would be.

How about This Little Piggy
(as in Went to market?)

I never thot of you as boozy -- I always loved Wineaux, seeing the French thing .. but it could make sense to go with your specialty ...

A rose by any other name ...

I always thought it was clever too.

Now lets see... how about Ripple or Thunderbird or Mad Dog 20 20 or Colt 45?

I love wineaux, and never thought you were a drunk. I'd keep it.

How about . . . . PurpleBasil.

Just had some purple basil jelly with organic grass-fed lamb, rare, and a wonderful Thornton winery merlot - properly aged -What a great little meal. Wonderful.

And how many other people will be using "purple basil," I ask you.

I want to dine w/ you, lbd.
I like the basil name.
I almost named my catering business red clover when I lived in N. Cal, because shortly after I moved there, I took a solo hike and discovered a meadow full of it. I'd never seen red clover before and it really put me into sensory overload.

Maybe I'll keep wineaux...

I'm still mulling it over.

I really like the word crave. If I could come up with a clever way to use that, it might be a contender.

okay, okay....I guess I'll keep wineaux. I just hope Wineaux Magazine doesn't send me a cease and desist order.
