Does anyone know what an appropriate salary range is for a field producer/story producer position in Boston? The contract involves researching, writing and directing -- basically taking the story from pre- to post-production for a new TV series.

Probably around $1100 to $2000 a week. Basic cable--HGTV, Food net, etc. are cheaper than network reality.
