Can anyone recommend a good on-call IT person in Chicago?

We have a satellite office here and are struggling to find a reliable, professional person who is well-versed in PCs, BlackBerry, general software and exchange server issues and who is available when needed during office hours. Craigslist has resulted in one or two bad experiences.
