Seems like I read somewhere that AG members get one free on-demand video per month or something. Is that accurate? If so, how do you get your freebie? I wanted to watch one of the videos but I couldn't find anywhere to click to get it for free.

And if this is something I merely dreamed, I'd like to suggest it.

Yes, we are making one On Demand video free this month. For June, it is "Be A Blog Star, Part 1: How to drive site traffic, with Brian Williams, Jeff Jarvis, Brian Stelter, and friends

You don't need to do anything special. Just click on the link above, and if you're signed in under your AvantGuild account, you will immediately be able to start watching it for free.

Free video for Avant Guild Members
Disclaimer: I feel like we do a lot of b*tching on this board about MB stuff; sorry about that! I do value a lot of the content that MB provides (free and otherwise).

However...I feel like the Be a Blog Star: Part 1 video was fairly useless. I am by no means a blogging pro but still found very little useful information in that short video. I'm glad I didn't pay for it and am hoping next month's free vid will be better.

Oh My Canadiana, you're right. I just watched it and it was fairly useless. I've never even blogged before. I was actually thinking of paying for it at one point. Boy would I have been disappointed.

Can anyone recommend vids, particularly on new media, that are actually worth watching?
