Hi there,

When applying for the position of Editorial Assistant, is it considered a bad move to include your experience as a freelance journalist? The role is usually admin-based, in which case, informing the HR troops of a decent portfolio may lead them to assume you're mainly interested in getting published?

Does anyone have experience or insider knowledge of Condé Nast's approach to hiring EAs?
