To help us to maintain our growth and development, we are currently seeking a Client Relations Associate – Commercial Operations to work in our office in Stamford, CT. The Commercial Operations team’s purpose is to produce high-quality, inspirational event management proposals and concepts both for new and existing clients. Reporting to the Client Relations Director, CAN YOU: • Use your operational event management experience alongside your domestic and international industry knowledge (minimum two years) to produce high-quality, inspirational and creative proposals? • Produce accurate costings, adhering to client budgets, within agreed deadlines? • Maintain and develop our excellent supplier relationships, whilst achieving negotiated measurable cost-savings for our clients and managing option deadlines • Demonstrate an ability to communicate, both internally and externally, using attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English? • Maintain a comprehensive resource library and develop your existing supplier/venue knowledge by attending supplier meetings and FAM trips?
