Job Requirements We're looking for an energetic, outgoing and ambitious professional to establish and build new business partnerships with comparison sites, media sites, news aggregators, newsletters, and other B2B web publishers. These publishers are a key source of traffic -- and ultimately revenue -- so we need a talented development manager to grow the program.

We are looking for someone who is:
- An overachiever. You donít just meet revenue goals, you consistently exceed them. These revenue goals drive the strategies, processes and decisions you make.
- A natural salesperson. This isnít a traditional sales role, but you must employ a confident sales mentality when hunting down and negotiating new partnerships.
- Comfortable with the bigwigs. You have been around long enough to have negotiated meaningful business relationships and will bring that maturity here.

What you will do all day:
- Develop your pitch. Review a list of potential partners and outline the pitch we will use to approach each of them. What content is the best fit? How will we implement? Whatís the timeline?
- Contact potential partners. Make calls, send emails and network as needed to get your foot in the door, establish a dialogue and highlight the opportunity for potential partners.
- Seal the deal. Work on contracts (payment options, lead delivery, tracking, reporting) and get signed agreements from new partners.
- Innovate over time. Leverage feedback from partners in order to improve processes, create new features and continue to grow the program.

You will be measured on how well you:
- Grow revenue. Signing new partners and expanding existing partnerships will ensure we hit our year-over-year revenue growth goals.
- Recruit new partners. You will be responsible for recruiting a minimum number of new strategic partners each quarter.
- Expand our reach. Grow the program beyond comparison sites and industry blogs and into the realm of large media sites and news aggregators.

- You just want a paycheck. You will be given a base salary, but you will have to push to hit your goals and receive the bonuses.
- Youíre intimidated by cold calling and rejection. If the idea of calling key decision makers at large corporations sounds a little scary, this might not be for you.
- Talking to big shots makes you nervous. You will be working closely with senior executives on a regular basis. You must be confident, mature, and professional.
- You need a lot of direction. We'll provide the guidelines and processes, but you'll be expected to come up with new strategies and techniques for recruiting partners and growing revenue.
