Responsibilities:
Prepare, research, and write press materials
Implement strategic media campaigns to generate coverage in print, broadcast and online media outlets
Formulate publicity plans
Develop creative publicity story angles
Manage several diverse accounts independently
Create customized media lists and supervise press mailings
Organize special events
Participate in weekly publicity and marketing meeting
Qualifications:
5-10 years PR agency experience working on food/restaurant/lifestyle accounts
Candidates must demonstrate extensive knowledge of PR and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
B.S./B.A. in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Communications or related field preferred
