Loeffler Randall is looking to hire two or three flexible, part-time interns. Candidates must be independent, self-starters with high degree of competence and attention to detail. School credit is available but these positions will be unpaid.
Responsibilities include:
- Update (continuously) address lists, supply lists, mailing lists, LR
contact information, press contacts and feature lists.
- Run Errands: deposit checks, for repairs, supplies, to help production in
garment district, etc.
- Maintain office: handle schedule and checks for office support staff,
organize personals, supplies, press samples, petty cash, the calendar,
storage closet, warehouse, inventory. Maintain printers, fax and stamp
machines.
- Manage all UPS, FEDEX & DHL shipments: prepare and ship packages, make
commercial invoices, schedule pick-ups, keep records filed, track packages.
- Handle all mail / mailings: receive, sort, and distribute all mail; mail
bills, look books, postcards, holiday cards, press invites, invoices, etc.
