The 2003 Philadelphia mayoral campaign was a rollercoaster ride: plenty of
ups and downs, hair-raising curves, and heart palpatations. It finally creaked
to an end on Election Day, and Philly's press corps was out two nights later,
to celebrate its end, catch up with old friends, and meet some new ones.
