Course Details

When literary agents are on a panel, they give you their point of view. Here are insights from the writer's point of view, including inside info that agents dare not speak aloud. You'll learn about networking, ideal modes for approaching a variety of agents and most importantly, a realistic idea of how to get an agent, what an agent should do, and what to do when you, as the client, are simply not being served.

In this seminar you can expect to learn:

  • About postal query letters vs. e-mail queries
  • What agents want to know about you
  • What agents can't tell you but you must know
  • How to research information about agents
  • True stories of success and failure
