Don't fly blind using subjective ideas to inform your business decisions. In this two-part class, social analytics expert Geoffrey Colon will guide you in using data to better enable your Facebook content strategy. 
 
Understand how insights work, what to read, how to measure key perfomance indicators, and make  your data actionable. You'll analyze your Activity to gain a better understanding of your audience and advocates. Learn how to pull reports and data to measure week over week and month over month activity to gain success. 
 

In this class, you will learn how to:

  • Measure key performance indicators
  • Navigate the five core parts of Facebook Insights: Likes, Reach, Visits, Posts, and People
  • Build lists of your biggest advocates
  • Use the "Pages to Watch" feature for comparative analysis, best days and times to post
  • Experiment with the six forms of content by using the 'Posts' functionality

Geoffrey Colon is group marketing manager of social media at Microsoft/BingAds. He is also a subject matter expert on social business and disruptive innovation. Prior to this, he was vice president of Social@Ogilvy at Ogilvy & Mather, where he created and executed tactical social strategies for a variety of business divisions within IBM. He wrote several of the top thought leadership pieces for the agency including one on content as the new currency for Fast Company.

Geoffrey was also supervisor of digital communities at 360i and social media specialist at Bond Strategy and Influence. Past clients include American Express, Coca-Cola, Lysol, Kraft, Smirnoff, Spotify, The Food Network, Netflix, USA Network, A&E, History, HGTV, and Invisalign.
