Know the words and phrases you should always avoid, how to build authority among other foodies, and how to craft the ultimate food article.
This course will teach tips and tricks from a full-time freelancer on how to pitch and land assignments from reputable publications, gain attention from discerning readers and editors, and develop a unique style when it comes to expressing a culinary perspective.
By the end of class, you will have:
A complete portfolio including a news product, interview, profile of a food personality, restaurant roundup, travel piece, and food blog entry.
